What is the actual meaning of electricty?

Electricity is the set of physical phenomena associated with the presence and flow of electric charge. Electricity gives a wide variety of well-known effects, such as lightning, static electricity, electromagnetic induction and electrical current.

Here we are going to see what is the actullay electricity is ?? In general people there were different different answers eg. its current,volatge, power etc.
But actually electricity is defines by three major attributes:
  • Voltage
  • Current
  • Resistance
again we all are very familiar with this three words but we are just know the names we do not know the actual meaning of this words and the real purpose of voltage, current and resistance.
let me give you a simple and important idea about this three attributes.

"Voltage is the "pressure" that makes an electric charge move."

"Simply the Current is the charge's "flow" or flow of electric charge  -- the rate at which the charge moves through the conductor, measured at any particular point."

"The conductor offers a certain amount of resistance to this flow, which varies depending on the conductor's composition and size"

Voltage, current and resistance are all interrelated -- you can't change one without changing another. as we all know current is equal to voltage divided by resistance (commonly written as I = v / r). This makes intuitive sense: If you increase the pressure working on electric charge or decrease the resistance, more charge will flow. If you decrease pressure or increase resistance, less charge will flow.

 Physical activity is essential to prevent and reduce risks of many diseases and improve physical and mental health. It can even help you live longer

Physical activity also keeps you in shape so you can enjoy leisure activities and safely perform work and home chores. It offers great mental and social benefits as well.
Physical activity, along with proper nutrition, is beneficial to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. And it is important that everyone gets active: over the last 20 years, there's been a significant increase in obesity.
The Lancet released a series of studies that attribute positive outcomes to physical activity, including “a sense of purpose and value, a better quality of life, improved sleep, and reduced stress, as well as stronger relationships and social connectedness.”
On the other hand, lack of physical activity is associated with increased risks of:
  • Anxiety, stress, and feelings of depression
  • Developing many preventable conditions, such as high blood pressure, coronary heart diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, colon cancer, and obesity
  • Dying prematurely
The authors of the Lancet studies even suggest that the sedentary lifestyle so common in our culture is more deadly than smoking. They also believe that 6-10% of the world’s non-communicable diseases (such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain kinds of cancer) are caused by physical inactivity.

Why we care about fitness??

"Fitness is not about being better than someone.... its about being better than you used to be."
A person who is fit is capable of living life to its fullest extent. Physical and mental fitness play very important roles in your lives and people who are both, physically and mentally fit are less prone to medical conditions as well.

In order to maintain a relaxed state of mind, a person should be physically active.  Physical activity provides long-term health benefits for everyone! By being active, you will burn calories that you store from eating throughout the day and—it can be as easy as walking the dog or as rigorous as running a marathon.

What is the fitness defines ??

      According to the The United States Department of Health and Human Services (USDHHS)1, physical fitness is defined as "a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity".
This description goes beyond being able to run long distance or lift a lot at the gym. Fitness is more than simply a questions of listing which activities you do or how long you do them for.
simply fitness does not mean to lift a lots of weight like the Arnold Schwarzenegger(bodybuilder) or run like Wilson Kipsang (marathon player). basically fitness word defines the" condition of human body which is physically and mentally fit and healthy."
